Programs

NCAAA provides services to older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers of all ages in two very distinct ways.

On the one hand, we are a planning and funding agency providing grants to a variety of community-based providers. Federal funding from the Older Americans Act flows into Connecticut through the State Unit on Aging at the Department of Social Services’ Division of Aging, Community and Social Work Services. For more information about the grants process please click here for the planning and funding page.

On the other hand, NCAAA provides some programs directly, as well. These are the programs that are overseen by NCAAA agency staff. Please see the staff directory to see who’s who.

Whether you’re looking for specific services for a loved one or simply planning ahead for the future. NCAAA has programs for you. Please see for yourself!
